As a professional photographer visiting the U.S. , I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Beaumont, Texas, during a corporate retreat. While the hotel is primarily business-oriented, it also offered a comfortable base for my work. The 2,000 square feet of meeting space were adequate for our needs, providing a decent environment for discussions. Despite my initial disappointment regarding breakfast options, I found the restaurant to be a suitable spot for meetings when needed, although I would have preferred a more versatile menu. The staff interaction left something to be desired—there was a mix-up with a simple toast order that felt overly complicated. On the bright side, the room and bathroom were clean, providing a necessary level of comfort after long work days. Internet access was reliable, which is essential for remote work, while amenities like the fitness center allowed me to unwind after hours. Navigating the hotel's location proved a bit tricky, requiring U-turns to access the freeway. Still, overall, the Hilton Garden Inn served as a functional haven for my business needs.
